"Outstanding service. From the moment I walked through the door, the customer service was on another level. It wasn’t performative either—it was a genuine desire to connect and assist. I came in around 4:30ish, and having worked in retail for many years, I know it can be a little frustrating when a customer walks in as you’re getting ready to wrap up the day. Instead of just getting me in and out, the team took the time to get to know me a bit, walk me through several scenarios that could positively impact my finances while maintaining high-level coverage, and provide a slew of options and resources in case I needed anything further.
